Company history

Originating from a German information technology company, BodyTel combined its knowledge in the telecommunications field with the demand for new and innovative monitoring products and services in the global healthcare industry.

BodyTel was incorporated in November 2006 and was publicly listed in January of 2007.
In July of 2007 BodyTel’s German headquarters was established in Bad Wildungen.  BodyTel North America, LLC was established in August of 2007.

BodyTel Scientific Inc. wholly owns its subsidiaries BodyTel Europe GmbH, BodyTel North America, LLC and GlucoTel Scientific Inc.
