Management

Stefan Schraps – Managing Director

Stefan Schraps is one of BodyTel’s founders. He is responsible for bringing the BodyTel idea alive. Mr. Schraps has held senior level operations management positions in a variety of organizations including; over 10 years in IT and IT security organizations. Previously, he served as the Director of Operations for a globally acting IT company which developed products for the Telecommunication market. He holds a Diploma in Business from the University of Hanover, Germany and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University, Georgia, US.

Sales

Michaela Klinger – Director of Marketing & International Key Account Sales Manager

Michaela Klinger has worked for BodyTel since its inception. Before her assignment she was the Director of Marketing for an innovative German information technology company. Ms. Klinger graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Mittweida, Germany, with a degree in Media Management and published her final exam about Viral Marketing in Germany. Since 2008 she is also responsible for sales, key account management and business development on an international basis.

Heinz Windisch - Manager Governmental & Public Affairs

Heinz Windisch works for BodyTel since October 2007. He has more than 20 years experience in the health care industry in which he held various positions in sales, marketing, business development as well as health political functions.

Jens Pursche - Key Account Manager

Jens Pursche joined BodyTel in April 2009. He is responsible for German distribution, key account management and business development. For more than 15 years he was committed in different positions at the Patient Representativeness of Patients with Diabetes in Germany. Jens Pursche has Type I Diabetes himself for more than 30 years, so he has a sound experience and knowledge of diabetes mellitus.

Technics/Development

David Worm – Head of Product Development

David Worm has worked for BodyTel since its inception. He is responsible for the realization of the technical hardware and software components, as well as for the coordination of BodyTel’s development teams. He is also responsible for the future development of the BodyTel monitoring and management system and its features. Prior of his assignment, he worked as Product Manager in a German based IT security company. David Worm has a degree in Informatics and application development.

Sebastian Nowozenski – IT Administration & Support-Manager

Sebastian Nowozenski works for BodyTel since November 2007 and is responsible for the IT-Administration and coordination of the customer support. Furthermore, he is the supervisor for the technical trainees. Prior to that, Nowozenski worked in an IT-Security company that specializes in encryption methods for different modern communication platforms.

Jens Lessing – Head of Software Development

Jens Lessing joined the BodyTel Team in 2008. He is responsible for the development and platform compatibility of the BodyTel Mobile application. Before working for BodyTel he worked for several well-known companies in the telecommunication sector. He has degrees in economy and in informatics and communication technology and a state examination in nursing.

Administration

Dagmar Schwarz - Order Processing and Administration

Dagmar Schwarz joined BodyTel in November 2007. She is trained as an Industrial Business Management Assistant and has work experience for many years as Personal Assistant and Executive Secretary in medium-sized companies. At BodyTel she is responsible for order processing and export. Apart from her commercial and administrative activities she represents the front office and acts as direct point of contact for customers and the BodyTel Team.

Nina Laue - QA/RA Manager

Nina Laue joined the BodyTel Team in March 2009 and is responsible for Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. She has a conclusion as Dipl. Engineer Medical Technology (FH) and before she came to BodyTel she has worked for an accredited institute for testing and approval as a project manager.

Stephan Berghoff – Web Manager and Graphic Design

Stephan Berghoff works for BodyTel since April 2009. He is responsible for maintenance and improvement of the BodyTel Websites and the graphical realization of marketing projects for print and non-print. He is a fully-trained media designer digital/print subject media design. Before he came to BodyTel he worked in different positions in the field of advertisement and media as well as a freelance graphic designer.

Martina Faupel - Financial Accountant

Martina Faupel works for BodyTel since January 2009. As a fully-trained industrial clerk she has worked for different companies as a financial accountant for more than 10 years. She is conversant with all duties of financial accounts. She is responsible for all issues referring to financial accounting including payroll, accounts receivables, accounts payables, international payment transactions, dunning process and payment transactions.

Apprentices

Nils Schröder – IT-Apprentice

Nils Schröder works for BodyTel since April 2008. Before the beginning of his apprenticeship as an IT system integration specialist, he completed a 6 month internship in the company.
